1. Project Introduction

Tire rubber powder production line system is a set of high-efficiency all-steel tire powder solutions built by our company. This program aims to provide customers with high-quality rubber powder for all parts of the tire.

This system specifically includes tire cutting machine, the shredder, Block silo, geal breaker, Screening auxiliaries, Pneumatic conveying, Rubber powder silos and so on. Can realize the production and storage of two kinds of tire rubber powder. 

The production line can produce 20-60 mesh rubber powder with an annual production capacity of up to 7000 tons.

The shredder tool adopts advanced independent structure design which has the advantages of long service life, flexible replacement, multiple processing and reuse after tool wear. Greatly saves the user's cost.

In addition, the production line is also equipped with environmental light steel rooms, dust removal systems, conveyor belt protective covers and other facilities to ensure the cleanliness of the production workshop. The silo is equipped with a material level detection and host computer monitoring system. And a wealth of equipment video, network communication and other information interfaces are reserved. The control of the entire production line is more refined.
